What is a blog?
A blog is a web based journal. Many travelers write a daily journal, so the idea here is that you can write down your journal online.
What can you do with this blog?
The blog is a collection of tools so that you can write down a journal and share with family and friends. Photos can be added in our Photo Gallery (if you have a digital camera or scanner) – many Internet cafes have scanners.Each of our clients can set up multiple albums to be able to showcase their best photos, complete with slide-shows.You can write reviews, guides, journals, add photos.
Do I need to register in order to post to the blog?
Yes, to register………Click on the “Register” link on the bottom of the right hand list of links. You will be sent to the registration page. You will need to enter a user name and email address and click on “Register”. A message will be returned stating “Registration complete. Please check your e-mail.” Check your email to see your username and password. You can now log in and post to the blog.
Do I need to register for the Photo Gallery?
No……..After you register for the blog, the blog admin will set you up in the Photo Gallery and send you an email advising you can upload photos.
I saved my post but I don’t see it, why?
Posts in the blog are set to a pending status. The blog admin will review the post and publish.
What if I don’t see a category that fits my post?
Put your post under “uncategorized” and send an email to the blog admin requesting a new category.
How Do I contact the blog admin?
Select the “Contact Us” link from the main menu.
